We provide dummy sender details when sending the package, so the mail/courier/delivery fulfillment provider will therefore be unable to return-ship it directly back to us, which in turn means you will not be able to recover your order refund.

In the unlikely case that you are not satisfied with your order, kindly inform us and we will send you an address to return the package to us. Once we receive the items and verify that they haven’t been opened, used, or damaged, we will issue you a full refund.
