RESPONSIBILITIES

Some duties vary depending on your personal preferences and experience.

• Liaise with clients to deal with specific requests and resolve any order problems.
• Consulting on current product offerings or recommending new product lines to expand into.
• Receiving orders and supporting customers via VOIP, regular landline calls, or chat messages.
• No customer-facing is required. Duties are carried out online using a PC (knowledge of accounting software is an advantage).
